At Navaan Foods, we take great pride in the quality and care behind each of our products. Since we deal with consumable food items, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy, except under specific circumstances detailed below.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, unless:
- The product is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
- You have received an incorrect product.
- The product delivered is past its expiry date.
In such cases, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit.
Reporting an Issue
If your order qualifies under the conditions above, please email us at customerservice@navaan.in within 48 hours of receiving the product with the following details:
- Order ID
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Our team will investigate and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed only in exceptional cases (e.g., product unavailable or duplicate payment). In such cases:
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Navaan Foods is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
